International Learning, Development and Exchange Programme (ILDEP)

The ILDEP offers IPA members international opportunities for professional learning, development, and cultural exchange. Through short-term placements, job shadowing, and training experiences, participants gain insights into policing practices in other countries, strengthen international collaboration, and broaden their professional perspectives.

As a key initiative within the IPA’s international work, ILDEP holds particular significance. It not only promotes lifelong learning, but also aligns closely with the IPA’s strategic direction, supporting its goals of global partnership, professional growth, and knowledge sharing.
