Emergency Aid & Support - IPA Response
In the event of an emergency or natural disaster, the International Executive Board (IEB) stands ready to assist. Where national IPA Sections report serious incidents affecting police colleagues, IPA families, or local communities, the IEB can coordinate and provide targeted support — following formal requests from affected Sections — to help protect people, restore essential services, and rebuild what has been lost.
What We Can Offer
- Direct financial assistance from the IEB to the affected Section to support urgent needs and recovery efforts.
- Appeals to other IPA Sections to request both financial donations and physical support (such as equipment, supplies, or other resources) for the affected area.
- Coordination of offers of help, ensuring assistance is delivered effectively and in line with the Section’s identified priorities.
