Young Members

Empowering the Next Generation of Policing Professionals

The Young Members Project, part of the Professional Commission of the International Executive Board (IEB), is dedicated to enhancing the experience, engagement, and professional growth of younger members within the IPA community worldwide.

The IPA is deeply committed to encouraging young members to engage actively in our association, lead our profession, and protect the communities of the future. We recognise that “young” refers not only to age but also to those new to the profession or the IPA, bringing fresh energy, perspectives, and motivation that drive positive change.

Together, through these initiatives, the Young Members Project strives to strengthen the IPA’s appeal, expand participation, and build lasting international connections — shaping the future of policing with heart, purpose, and an international spirit.
