International Children’s Drawing Competition 2026

On behalf of the Socio-Cultural Commission, we wish to announce the 6th International Children’s drawing competition.

The IPA’s Socio-Cultural Commission is organising the

6th  International Children’s Drawing Competition!

All children or grandchildren of our members, aged 6-12 years (born 1-1-2014 to 31-12-2020) are eligible to participate, provided that one of the two parents or grandparents, or guardians consents to both participating in the competition, as well as exhibiting projects and granting rights to the IEB for use in the construction of calendars, etc.

Following the great interest shown in recent years by schools and institutions for children, we are pleased to announce that their artworks will also be accepted and will form a separate special category within the competition.

Children and grandchildren of IEB members and SCC’s Arts and Culture Project members are excluded from the competition.

Each child involved must paint on A4 size paper. The following can be used: pencil, water colours, tempera, oil pastel, dry pastel and inks.

Projects must be accompanied by a completed entry form including the full name of the contestant (name, surname), age, parent’s email, and a contact phone number.

Upon submission of the project, the parents shall automatically accept all the above conditions set by the Commission.

All drawings should be scanned and sent to the following e-mail address:

The International Police Association (IPA) believes in the power of art to inspire, unite, and give voice to the youngest members of our extended IPA family. Through creativity, children can express their dreams, share their perspectives, and explore themes that matter to them and to the world.

The IPA International Children’s Drawing Competition is an annual celebration of artistic expression and cross-cultural unity. It invites the children and grandchildren of IPA members aged 6–12 to take part and showcase their imagination through original drawings.

This initiative, launched by the Socio-Cultural Commission and guided by its Chairperson Christos Parginos, highlights the IPA’s commitment to fostering community, cultural understanding, and intergenerational engagement across the globe.
