Maximum 10 people and is situated in the State of Mazarrón, in the south of Spain (Hourly drive under Alicante). The villa is situated on a beautiful and peaceful urbanization. The villa has a private swimming pool and has air conditioning. With fewer people you do not pay for the entire villa and the price is therefore lower. The layout makes the villa perfect for a stay with several families.
Special rates apply for a longer stay (at least one month) in the winter season. Beach: 10 minutes, Stores: 5 minutes and Restaurants: 1 on the urbanization many others 5 minutes away. Villa, garden and swimming pool always private for IPA members.
