Year-round house in a quiet housing estate in the heart of La Mata. The house occupies 3 levels (living room, kitchen and toilet / bedroom and main bathroom / bedroom), most convenient for a maximum of 4 people, and includes: bedrooms (2 + 2 people), living room with kitchenette, sunny terrace and of course bathroom and toilet, free Wi-Fi, sun loungers and parasol, ironing equipment, dryer, pets are not allowed.

Smoking and other substances are prohibited in the house. Night silence is required. We have cars for rent (5 - 7-seater), also in a package with the house. We transport guests to and from the airport and not only our guests.

La Mata is an area belonging to Torrevieja. It is a coastal resort located in the south of Spain on the Costa Blanca coast. Before tourism developed in this area, La Mata was a traditional, small Spanish village that largely supported itself by trading salt from the local lagoon, which was its source. La Mata is popular for its lovely beaches and very healthy microclimate (the healthiest in Europe and one of the healthiest in the world). It is surrounded on one side by a large salt lake and a national park (Parque Natural de Las Lagunas de La Mata y Torrevieja), and on the other side by the sea.

It has wide sandy beaches and an attractive coastline. The beach stretches for 11 km - it connects with the beach and town of Guardamar del Segura. Airports in the area: Alicante - Elche - distance 39 km, approx. 35 minutes by car. Accessible also by public transport.Murcia - San Javier Airport - distance 69 km, approx. 55 minutes by car. Valencia Airport - distance 217 km, 2.5 hours by car.
