A beautiful Villa built in 2020 with a private pool, located within the Resort (Natural Park Resort) in Zanzibar (Paje area). The house with an area of 150 m2 has two bedrooms, a living room with an equipped kitchenette, 2 bathrooms next to the bedrooms + 3 toilets. a terrace with a view of the ocean next to the bedroom on the first floor, a terrace next to the bedroom downstairs and a terrace next to the swimming pool with the exit from the living room.
The villa has 3 air conditioning systems for the entire facility, fresh water in the pool, a safe, and an emergency power generator in the event of a electric network failure (the generator does not power the air conditioning). The house is intended for a maximum of 6 people. 2 people in each bedroom (Super king size bed 200x200) and 2 in the living room on sofas (190x100cm).
