Location:
The IPA House, dating back since 1796, is situated in our Mother City, the Cape of Good Hope on the edge of the beautiful and historic Constantia Valley. Local activities include golf, swimming, fishing (shore and deep sea), rambling, forestry walks and beaches (all approx. 20 minute drive). The House is in close proximity to South Africa’s Cape wine routes and all major tourist attractions in the Western Cape.
Accommodation:
Two large lounges with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, 10 bedrooms (6 en suite) which accommodates 1 to 4 persons per room. A fully licenced bar is open on Wednesdays to IPA members and visitors.
A function hall (ballroom) accommodates 62 people seated and has its own catering kitchen, open-air terraces, ante-room and share the licensed bar. A fully equipped conference facility for 25 delegates is available.
The Villa is set in large grounds. Secure parking available for over 200 cars.
