The IPA Lodge Himos is a semi-detached house apartment completed in 2018, located in the Himos Golf Resort area in Jämsä, next to the 18-hole golf course and slopes. The Lodge is located in Central, Lakeland Finland in the city of Jämsä, suburb of Himos. Himos is a center for various events and activities and a location for numerous holiday resorts. Himos is an international, year-round holiday destination with the largest ski-slopes of Southern Finland, and a mixture of country-side holidays and buzzing weekend events in the summer.
Accommodation:
The well-equipped 65m2 apartment contains three bedrooms and 6 beds. Downstairs there is one bedroom, a shared living/kitchen area, laundry facilities and a sauna. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a hall, a toilet and a balcony. In the backyard there is a spacious terrace the entire width of the apartment, which opens up to the evening sun directly onto the golf fairways. The house also includes combined lounge room and kitchen, two bathrooms, sauna and a balcony upstairs. Outside in the back yard side there is a wide patio with a jacuzzi. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, crockery and cooking utensils. The laundry facilities have a washing machine and a drying cabinet. Linen is not provided. Guests can bring their own, or order when making bookings at an extra fee.
