It is 20 minutes’ drive from Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport, a 10-minute walk from the Metro das Antas and 2 minutes from the bus stops that are in the Avenue Fernão de Magalhães. The Antas stadium (Stadium of the Dragons) is located nearby.

The IPA House Oporto offers to its members five bedrooms spread over two adjoining residences. The house Headquarters consists of three floors. On the first floor are located two bedrooms with private bathroom. In the basement is located the bar. On the ground floor are the services and the kitchen.
Complementary home is situated in a 2nd floor and provides three bedrooms.
