The I.P.A. House is situated on Lugojului street, number 50, in Bãile Lipova, Lipova Town, Arad district, being located 30 km from Arad city and 60 km from Timisoara municipality. Lipova town covers an area of 2 square km, having around 9.000 inhabitants. The surrounding landscape includes Lipovei hills, Mureº Gorge, Western Plain, and Zãrand mountains, which reach a height of 841 m. Many tourist attractions available in close vicinity to the House.

The I.P.A. House, Bãile Lipova, is built on a land area of 1.000 m2, surrounded by forests, consisting of:
Conference room, with an area of 148 m2 for 100 persons, equipped with a TV system and video projector;
Reception, with an area of 80 m2, having a place for serving coffee, TV equipment, electronic display of prices, fixed phone, wireless internet;
Dining room, with an area of 50 m2, with 24 seats and fully equipped kitchen with an area of 60 m2;
6 x studios, with an area of 35 m2 each, equipped with 2 single beds, own bathroom, shower cubicle;
An apartment, with an area of 50 m2, with double bed in the bedroom and 2 single beds in the living room, bathroom with shower cubicle, furniture and TV;
Underfloor heating and 9 solar panels mounted on the roof.
The accommodation prices include maintenance costs, heating and electricity
Room cleaning is not provided. Waste is to be disposed by the persons accommodated.
