I.P.A. House Greşu is situated in the mountain village Greșu, at a distance of 82 km from the city Focșani and 100 km from Brașov. Greşu town covers an area of 40 square kilometers, with around 120 inhabitants. The surrounding landscape includes Tisitei Keys and Putna Vrancea mountains, which reach a height of 1785 m.

House I.P.A. Greşu is built on a land area of 2,000 square meters in a mountainous area surrounded by pine forests, Putna brook, providing accommodation to 28 people, consisting of:
Conference room with an area of 130 sqm for 60 people, equipped with TV and video projector system;
Reception, with an area for serving coffee, TV equipment, electronic display of prices, wireless internet;
Dining room with an area of 100 m2, with 36 seats; fully equipped kitchen covering an area of 18 square meters;
Toilets and a technical room;
8 x bedrooms, each equipped with two beds, bathroom, shower, television;
3 x apartments each with a double bedroom & two single beds in the living room, bathroom with shower, furniture and TV;
Underfloor heating system, 9 solar panels mounted on the roof and recreation yard with two grills and three towers on an area of 1,100 square meters;
Service & cleanling in the rooms is not provided. Waste is to be disposed by the person accommodated.
