The IPA Facility is a 6th floor apartment situated in Thessaloniki, some 250 metres from the Central Police Building and is in operation since 14 June 1997.
Thessaloniki is the second-largest city in Greece and the capital of Greek Macedonia, the administrative region of Central Macedonia and the Decentralized Administration of Macedonia and Thrace. It is nicknamed as “the co-capital” – a reference to its historical status as the “co-reigning” city of the Eastern Roman (Byzantine) Empire, alongside Constantinople.

The ultra-modern and unique facility has 2 (two) comfortable double rooms and 1 (one) family room with possibility of 4 beds. It has a spacious bathroom and balcony. All with air conditioning, TV, blankets, sheets, pillows, towels etc. There is also a kitchen which has refrigerator and all necessary utensils and cutlery. FREE Wi Fi.
The Facility is close to center of the city, near public transportation, suitable for the guest to visit all sightseeing of the city – The White tower, Royal Theatre, the International Exhibition, archaeological sites and Byzantine monuments, the museums and the city harbour.
