The apartment is located on the second floor on the right by the stairs (entrance 9/11) of a group of buildings with secure access located in a large property on the banks of the Marne (on the banks of the Marne there are landscaped promenades for walking, running, cycling, etc.). The apartment is in a very quiet location, just a hundred meters from the “Maisons-Alfort- Ecole Vétérinaire” metro station on line 8 of the Paris metro. This metro line crosses the whole of Paris and serves many of the capital’s tourist attractions. Several bus lines are located close to this metro station, one of which “line 24” leads to the center of Paris.

It is composed as follows: -Two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds), a living room furnished with a double sofa bed, an extendable table for 6 guests and 6 chairs and a central coffee table, a 50-inch TV set on a cabinet, a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine and microwave oven. Cutlery, cooking utensils and crockery are available in the kitchen units, a laundry room, a bathroom equipped with a shower, separate toilet. WI-FI is installed in the apartment.
