IPA Romania is delighted to invite female IPA members from around the world to attend the second edition of the international conference “Leadership – The Role of Women in IPA: Trends and Challenges”, taking place in the beautiful city of Sibiu, Romania, from 2–5 September 2026.
Organised by the IPA Romanian Section in cooperation with IPA Region 1 Sibiu, the conference is held under the umbrella of the international SheisIPA Project, an initiative dedicated to promoting the role of women within the International Police Association and encouraging greater participation in professional, leadership, and associative activities.
The conference will provide an opportunity for female IPA members to engage in discussions and workshops focusing on:
The event aims to bring together women from across the IPA family to share experiences, build new friendships, and inspire one another through meaningful dialogue and collaboration.
All conference activities and participant accommodation will be hosted at the My Continental Hotel, Sibiu, one of Romania’s most historic and picturesque cities.
