The PORTO-FRANCO CUP is a small-sided football tournament organized by IPA Region 2 Galați with the support of IPA Romania Section, in partnership with the Romanian Minifootball Federation.
The competition will take place in tournament format between April 23–26, 2026, at the Platinum Arena Galați Sports Complex and is addressed to IPA members and employees of defense, public safety and public order institutions (army, police, firefighters, gendarmerie, prison police, etc.).
