Fasting? Dare to do it! Voluntarily abstaining from solid food for a week in the seclusion of Gimborn. The effect of this ancient healing method is undisputed and a nice side effect is that a few pounds disappear. More important, however, is that the organism can regenerate. The stomach and intestines have a break during Lent. This is supported by a lot of exercise in the fresh air, light gymnastics, well-known relaxation exercises and Kneipp treatments. To make this happen, there is fasting tea, vegetable soup, natural juices and plenty of water.
