Developing Stress Intelligence – Strengthening Competencies: Help Through Stress Management (Module I)
16-20 March, 2026,
Germany
Description
Faster, better, more flexible – the demands at work often require the maximum from us and challenge us to cope with the pressures, deliver performance, and at the same time manage our resources in a way that keeps us mentally and physically healthy. Many know the feeling of being constantly demanded both professionally and privately. Persistent tension and stress often require a lot from us. The goal of this prevention program is to recognize, understand, and analyze this process in order to stop it or, even better, to prevent it.We want to identify our own sources of stress, strengthen stress management skills, and develop alternative courses of action. Preventive stress and health promotion is not therapy, but a way of thinking and acting that can be learned. It is about achieving balance, the equilibrium between tension and relaxation, activity and rest, which is all too often disturbed nowadays.
The goal is to gain more quality of life and to strengthen confidence in one’s own coping potential with greater freedom of action. To this end, scientifically recognized information and techniques are conveyed and applied, enabling one to remain competent, relaxed, and calm even under pressure.
