The Portuguese Section invites all IPA Sections to join us at this meeting to share information, questions, and ideas on how to better serve our members. This meeting represents an excellent opportunity for all Sections to interact and collaborate.
In particular, Sections that host IPA Houses are encouraged to participate, as this provides a valuable forum to discuss and coordinate administrative matters related to accommodation options, including reservations, facility management, and promotional activities.
We look forward to seeing you there.
In order for us to welcome you all to the IPA National House, we would appreciate it if you could share rooms so that we can all stay together, as our house has rooms with 2 and 3 beds, thus increasing the accommodation capacity. At the IPA National and JAM Hotel in Lisbon, Portugal.
Day 1 – Friday, September 4
Arrival of the delegates and chaperones at the IPA National House/JAM Hotel.
Welcome event in the evening at the IPA National House.
Day 2 – Saturday, September 5
Hosting Section’s Meeting Chaired by Christos Parginos (Chairperson of the IEB Sociocultural Commission)
Day 3 – Sunday, September 6th
Overview-Outcome of the meeting
An opportunity for the IPA Portuguese Section team to show participants some of the highlights of the region, including meal: (location of visit still to be arranged)
In the evening, a gala dinner at the IPA National headquarters or at a typical restaurant.
Day 4 – Monday , September 7th
The event concludes and participants and their companions leave the hotel (unless there is a prior agreement to extend the visit)
