The two-day basic course imparts practice-oriented basic knowledge on tactical wounded care and is intended to enable participants to take life-saving immediate measures in the event of multiple trauma in critical operational situations. The focus is on a holistic approach to medical first aid that deliberately differs from classic civilian concepts and is tailored to the special requirements of police and tactical operational situations.
The course content is based on the experience of first responders from the police and military who have acquired their knowledge in international crisis and danger situations. Using realistic scenarios, the participants train processes, priorities and techniques to effectively care for injured people even under difficult operational conditions and to maintain their own safety.
